Orders

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order. This means that it is important that you always check your order and personal details carefully before finalizing your order.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort and Klarna.

Where do we ship from?

We ship from our office in Tilburg, Netherlands.

What are the shipping costs?

NETHERLANDS/BELGIUM

Orders over €35 have free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders below €35 have €2,99 shipping. Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out.

EU

Orders over €50 have free shipping in the EU. Orders under €50 have different shipping costs, depending on the country after which they are shipped. Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out.

Shipping costs outside the EU may be higher.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the track & trace information. If you have not received this confirmation, please contact our customer service. We will be glad to look into the status of your order with you.

What countries do we ship to?

Right now, we support shipment to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. If your shipping country is not listed above, your can contact our customer service so we can look at the possibility of shipping to your country and at what costs.

Returns

Can I return my order?

You may return items to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Be sure to return products unworn, undamaged and with the tags attached. Please keep your return slip until we have processed it.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Make sure you return products unworn, undamaged and with the tags attached. Keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

Can I return a Gift Card?

Gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned. If you make a purchase with a gift card and it is not to your liking, you can return it and will receive a refund on the gift card.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Then you can return the item and order the correct item yourself.

What are the costs of return?

We charge €2.99 for the return costs. Once we receive your return, these costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Warranty & Service

What is your warranty & service?

Items that are broken, discolored or damaged may be covered under warranty. Please contact our customer service team, send us your order number and a picture of the item and we will find an appropriate solution.

Joah Lune provides an 8 week warranty on broken items. In case of discoloration, you have 4 months warranty. Want to know if your purchase is covered under warranty please contact our customer service.
