SHIPPING & RETURNS

Right now, we support shipment to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. If your shipping country is not listed above, your can contact our customer service so we can look at the possibility of shipping to your country and at what costs. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with the exception of holidays or promotions. When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation via email with the track & trace information.

NETHERLANDS/BELGIUM
Orders over €35 have free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders below €35 have €2,99 shipping. Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out.

EU
Orders over €50 have free shipping in the EU. Orders under €50 have different shipping costs, depending on the country after which they are shipped. Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out.

Shipping costs outside the EU may be higher.

We understand that sometimes something is not to your liking. We are happy to help you with your return. Here are our rules if you want to return an item and want a refund:

- Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
- Item must be returned within 30 days after purchase for a refund.
- Gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned. If you make a purchase with a gift card and it is not to your liking, you can return it and the gift card will be refunded.

Please note: keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

We do not exchange products due to limited stock. Need a different size? Return the item and order the correct size.
